Caisse d'Épargne Île-de-France entrusted sensation! with the organisation of its Executive Convention, with a strong desire for change for its second edition. The agency disrupts the usual “top-down” scheme by organising a Convention that was co-written, co-created, co-illustrated and co-animated by 50 executives representing all the services at Palais des Congrès de Paris. The original scenography was entirely created on paper, cardboard and recycled material. A preparatory seminar was organised in advance at Royaumont Abbey with the 50 executives in order to prepare the Convention. This Convention received the ActionCo Award for best internal convention.
