It was in the large greenhouse of Parc André-Citroën (Paris 15th) that the Maison du Monde Foundation invited more than 200 professionals at the end of June, including personalities such as Nicolas Hulot or Julien Vidal, to its event “Aux Arbres 2019”: its ambition was to catalyse positive energies in favour of forests, biodiversity and the climate by bringing together all those who wish to act to preserve trees. In the constrained (and complex) setting of the greenhouse, sensation ! designed in a very creative way, mobile and evolving spaces allowing a plenary conference, 6 inspiration workshops, 10 participative intelligence workshops, a place for conviviality and catering, a video studio… while using the plants available on site. In addition, the design and implementation of this event was part of a very advanced eco-responsible approach.

6th edition Les Victoires du Paysage
For this 6th edition of this national contest named “Les Victoires du Paysage” (Landscape Award), once again, VAL’HOR, the French inter-professional organisation for horticulture, floristry and landscaping puts its trust in sensation ! A 360° communication and event strategy was set up to encourage and promote landscaping initiatives : media relations, social networks, website redesign, jury fields visits management, videos and book editions and the award ceremony organisation in Paris, Salle Wagram. .

The full day program included plenary sessions, round tables, internal challenges, videos, keynote speaker, team-building activity, dinner and dance floor (until 2:00 AM).

Gala Evening for the President’s New Year Wishes : “Escales”
For the 9th year in a row sensation ! organised the French Development Agency’s (Agence française de développement, AFD) New Year’s reception at Halle Freyssinet. On this occasion, the imposing location was transformed into a harbour with embarkation docks from all over the world, in line with the evening’s theme: stopovers. A gorgeous décor−made up of a fully lit three-master galleon and countless barrels, pallets, fishermen shacks, bags of spices, and chests – provided a radical change of scenery for the 1,200 guests who were able to try out “harbour games” (strength games, nautical knots workshop, coconut shy…) while enjoying street food from around the globe (Ho Chi Minh City, Saint Martin, Tunis, Bassin de l’Arsenal…).

Congress “Digital and Human”
Complete steering by sensation ! of MAE (French Scholar Insurance) National Congress at the Strasbourg Convention Centre (Palais de la musique et des congrès). Creation of the theme, structuring of plenary sessions, suggestion of speakers, production of videos, infographics, workshops… Managing logistics, accommodation, catering, transfers… Design and organisation of the gala evening, staging, video footage… for 650 participants during 3 days (and 3 nights).

“Les Victoires du Paysage” Contest 2016 Edition
VAL’HOR, the French inter-professional organisation for horticulture, floristry and landscaping coordinates and funds collective actions on issues related to the environment and landscaping. The inter-professional organisation has created the “Victoires du Paysage” (Landscape Awards) with the aim to encourage and promote landscaping projects in France. This national contest rewards communities, companies and individuals for their landscaping initiatives. They are the result of a team effort, in which landscape designers, landscape contractors and nurserymen are all actively involved. Our agency works hand in hand with the inter-brand organisation since 2010 to organise this contest throughout the year, with the implementation of a 360° communication & event strategy combining media relations, social media, website, videos, jury, a digital communication plan and the award ceremony honouring the contestants…
CAISSE D’EPARGNE ILE DE FRANCE
Executive Convention 2nd Edition
Caisse d’Épargne Île-de-France entrusted sensation! with the organisation of its Executive Convention, with a strong desire for change for its second edition. The agency disrupts the usual “top-down” scheme by organising a Convention that was co-written, co-created, co-illustrated and co-animated by 50 executives representing all the services at Palais des Congrès de Paris. The original scenography was entirely created on paper, cardboard and recycled material. A preparatory seminar was organised in advance at Royaumont Abbey with the 50 executives in order to prepare the Convention. This Convention received the ActionCo Award for best internal convention.

Teambuilding – Montmartre
700 employees of Eau de Paris (Paris Water Facility) took part in a foot trail at the heart of Montmartre, pittoresque neighborhood of Paris. sensation ! designed and organized the event around the streets of Montmartre where three production sites of Eau de Paris are located : the water tower in rue du Mont-Cenis, the reservoir in rue Azaïs and the Saint-Pierre plant. The team-building rallye was followed by a festive and musical barbecue.
ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM
Annual Charity Gala
Action Against Hunger selected sensation! to organise its annual gala in the presence of many leading figures of the media, culture, the economy and politics… The gala took place in the VIP lounge of the Grand Palais and helped raise funds for the Central African Republic and the Philippines, which are facing catastrophic humanitarian crises. To ensure the success of the evening and maximum fund allocation (90%), sensation ! rallied numerous amazing service providers for the event.

Launch of Lexus NX at the Paris Motor Show
sensation ! was selected following a European bid for tenders to conceive and organise Lexus press days at the Paris Motor Show. Star of the show on Lexus’ stand : the NX, the brand new SUV for urban use with its angular and innovative design. Around the slogan “Striking Angles”* and the image of its brand ambassador willi.i.am, sensation ! has created an event programme that highlights its cross-functional expertise :
– Creation of a mobile app “Lexus Europe Live” featuring a vehicle presentation in augmented reality, development of an “X-ray” mode, an image and content bank, included a hit title and video specially created by will.i.am, a car configurator…
– Organisation of the press conference, an event hosted by the CEO of Lexus Europe
– production of a video (with will.i.am), creation of “Striking Angles”* costumes for the models, illustrations for all contents and production of video footages.
