“Les Victoires du Paysage” Contest 2016 Edition

VAL’HOR, the French inter-professional organisation for horticulture, floristry and landscaping coordinates and funds collective actions on issues related to the environment and landscaping. The inter-professional organisation has created the “Victoires du Paysage” (Landscape Awards) with the aim to encourage and promote landscaping projects in France. This national contest rewards communities, companies and individuals for their landscaping initiatives. They are the result of a team effort, in which landscape designers, landscape contractors and nurserymen are all actively involved. Our agency works hand in hand with the inter-brand organisation since 2010 to organise this contest throughout the year, with the implementation of a 360° communication & event strategy combining media relations, social media, website, videos, jury, a digital communication plan and the award ceremony honouring the contestants…

CAISSE D’EPARGNE ILE DE FRANCE
Executive Convention 2nd Edition

Caisse d’Épargne Île-de-France entrusted sensation! with the organisation of its Executive Convention, with a strong desire for change for its second edition. The agency disrupts the usual “top-down” scheme by organising a Convention that was co-written, co-created, co-illustrated and co-animated by 50 executives representing all the services at Palais des Congrès de Paris. The original scenography was entirely created on paper, cardboard and recycled material. A preparatory seminar was organised in advance at Royaumont Abbey with the 50 executives in order to prepare the Convention. This Convention received the ActionCo Award for best internal convention.

 

EAU DE PARIS
Teambuilding – Montmartre

700 employees of Eau de Paris (Paris Water Facility) took part in a foot trail at the heart of Montmartre, pittoresque neighborhood of Paris. sensation ! designed and organized the event around the streets of Montmartre where three production sites of Eau de Paris are located : the water tower in rue du Mont-Cenis, the reservoir in rue Azaïs and the Saint-Pierre plant. The team-building rallye was followed by a festive and musical barbecue.

 

ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM
Annual Charity Gala

Action Against Hunger selected sensation! to organise its annual gala in the presence of many leading figures of the media, culture, the economy and politics… The gala took place in the VIP lounge of the Grand Palais and helped raise funds for the Central African Republic and the Philippines, which are facing catastrophic humanitarian crises. To ensure the success of the evening and maximum fund allocation (90%), sensation ! rallied numerous amazing service providers for the event.

 

LEXUS
Launch of Lexus NX at the Paris Motor Show

sensation ! was selected following a European bid for tenders to conceive and organise Lexus press days at the Paris Motor Show. Star of the show on Lexus’ stand : the NX, the brand new SUV for urban use with its angular and innovative design. Around the slogan “Striking Angles”* and the image of its brand ambassador willi.i.am, sensation ! has created an event programme that highlights its cross-functional expertise :
– Creation of a mobile app “Lexus Europe Live” featuring a vehicle presentation in augmented reality, development of an “X-ray” mode, an image and content bank, included a hit title and video specially created by will.i.am, a car configurator…
– Organisation of the press conference, an event hosted by the CEO of Lexus Europe
– production of a video (with will.i.am), creation of “Striking Angles”* costumes for the models, illustrations for all contents and production of video footages.

 

FRENCH DEVELOPMENT AGENCY – AFD
Financial Innovation Forum

Our agency worked hand in hand with AFD to organise its International forum of Financial innovation at the Cité des sciences et de l’industrie (City of Science and Industry). Two days of debates, workshops, professional speed meetings and plenary interventions by leading figures of the economic, political and financial worlds such as Bernard Kouchner, Jacques Attali and His Highness the Aga Khan. A forum rich in content entirely scripted and coordinated by sensation! with the implementation of exhibition booths, animations, plenary sessions, contests as well as a festive and emotional gala evening to close off the event.

 

HABITAT ET HUMANISME
30th Anniversary Gala

sensation!, which has been committed for many years to NGO Habitat et Humanisme (Housing and Humanism), organised at the prestigious Petit Palais in Paris, a fundraising gala gathering over 300 donating guests. The event took place around a sumptuous gourmet dinner in an elegant and refined setting, completed by a classical musical quartet. For the highlight of the night, the guests attended a show by Ballet Preljocaj, the famous contemporary dance troupe.

 

MAE
80th Anniversary of MAE – Plenary session

Around the theme “Growing together”, sensation ! designed the official ceremony for 1,200 guests, delegates of the Mutual fund, employees and their spouses (from all over the country) at the Centre of New Industries and Technologies (CNIT). sensation ! convinced MAE to look 10 years into the future (“Growing together”) by entrusting the plenary session to a 10-year-old girl, MAElenne, accompanied by her grandfather. Little MAElenne did an amazing performance in hosting the ceremony during two and a half hours with great talent !

The ceremony featured in addition :

  • 5 videos staring the children of MAE employees
  • a talk given by a sociologist specialised in children on the evolutions of the last 80 years as seen through children’s eyes and listing the upcoming challenges for the youth.
  • a roundtable on the opportunities that Social and Solidarity Enterprises (ESS) provide in France
  • a surprising finale featuring 80 children on stage involving all participants to create a great collective choir !

AFRIQUE AVENIR
Africa’s Future Forum

For the French President Jacques Chirac, the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the AFD (French Development Agency) sensation ! designed and organized the Forum Afrique Avenir (Africa’s Future Forum) at the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, presenting African successes in the field of culture, new technologies, finance, governance, business… The forum featured testimonies of 60 exceptional speakers from Africa, podiums for dialogue, exhibition stands, media sequences, students and NGOs, new African cuisine, international press, alive acoustic concert with Youssou N’Dour and Rokia Traoré… all of it broadcasted live on pan-African televisions.

 

 

CAISSE D’EPARGNE ILE DE FRANCE
CSR Forum at the heart of our everyday life

For the second year running, Caisse d’Épargne Ile de France entrusted sensation! with the organisation of its “CSR Forum” at its headquarters and atrium. An entire day dedicated to CSR with a village made up of twenty partnering exhibition stands around a “Sustainable Development Café” and a “TV set” with 4 roundtables gathering CSR specialists around themes such as “My Life”, “My City”, “My Company”, “Our General Interest”. For the occasion, Michel Doucin, recently appointed delegate for the CSR platform created by the French Prime Minister, gave an early exclusive presentation of his roadmap. Throughout the day, over 400 people attended at Caisse d’Épargne’s CSR Forum organised by sensation !
